The Yearbook of International & European Criminal and Procedural Law (YIECPL) is an annual forum for public debate on European and international criminal issues. Our aim is to offer a multi-dimensional international and comparative perspective on crime, criminal law and criminal justice in Europe and in international perspective.
The Yearbook focuses on theoretical as well as practical questions and current developments in all related scientific areas, aiming at the publication of original research and scholarship.
