Juris Gradibus is a quarterly law open access journal based on a double blind peer review process to secure the quality, validity and academic integrity of its content.

Juris Gradibus is an international forum for public debate on international, European, criminal, constitutional, procedural, environmental, human rights, comparative law, international organization, law of the sea, etc. The aim is to offer a multidimensional international and comparative perspective in practical questions and current development in all related scientific areas of law, aiming at the publication of original research and scholarship.

The editors invite the submission of manuscripts, comments, critical reviews, which will be evaluated by an independent scientific board on the basis of their quality of scholarship, originality  and contribution to reshaping legal directions and perspectives. The Juris Gradibus journal does not charge any processing author fees.

Juris Gradibus accepts articles and working papers written in standard English, French, Spanish and German language.
