Journal of Educational Leadership and Management is a biannual publication of Department of Educational Planning, Policy Studies and Leadership; Faculty of Education,  Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad. Articles published in the journal are selected on the basis of relevance, empirical value and quality. JELM invites theoretical and evidence based original research papers, case studies, review papers, as well as book reviews. JELM is an open access peer reviewed research journal which provides a platform for the researchers, academicians, professional, practitioners and students of educational leadership, planning, management, administration, finance and policy studies for sharing the recent research outcomes and knowledge.
