The founder of the journal is the Scientific-educational organization The Institute of Economic Research and Development and it owns the "Copyright" right over the Journal. The co-founder of the magazine is the Faculty of Business and Technologies of the Technical University of Georgia. The purpose of the international scientific journal is to promote the development of science, to promptly publish and store new achievements, research materials and results obtained by scientists and specialists.
