Economic Reforms is a peer-reviewed open access scientific-analytical journal published biannually by the Center for the Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), Azerbaijan.

The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, and policy analyses in the fields of economic reforms, public policy, fiscal sustainability, socio-economic governance, sustainable development, green economy, digital transformation, digital governance, data-driven public administration, and international economic relations.

The journal operates under a double-blind peer-review process and assigns Crossref DOIs to all published articles. Full-text content is freely available online without embargo through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) publishing platform.

The journal welcomes interdisciplinary research addressing economic development, governance reforms, innovation policy, sustainability, public sector modernization, and evidence-based policymaking.
