Abstract :

Isolated nasal cavity is very rare without other manifestations like skin and neural lesions, in a country like India where the disease prevalence is the highest among all countries of the world. Here we present a case of nasal cavity leprosy who presented clinically features of chronic rhinosinusitis with atrophic changes because of this unusual presentation.
