Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effects of seasonal itinerant agricultural worker students in primary education on educational management. The participants of this study, which was conducted
with a case science pattern from qualitative research patterns, were composed of 44 training managers who were selected through maximum diversity sampling from purposeful sampling methods. In the study, a semi-structured interview form consisting of five open-ended questions prepared by the researcher and sub-questions linked to these questions was used as a data collection tool. The data were analyzed by the content analysis method. Considering the effects of seasonal itinerant agricultural workers on education management; the high level of absenteeism and low success levels of seasonal itinerant agricultural workers cause education managers to increase their workload, reduce their motivation and decrease their organizational commitment. It has been observed that the legal regulations regarding seasonal itinerant agricultural workers are supportive and important. It has been observed that the Provincial and District National Education Directorates carry out important studies on the access of students to education.
