Abstract :
Hypothyroidism is an endocrinopathy eventuate due to destruction of thyroid cells incapacitating synthesis of thyroid hormones. HS which is a gas signaling molecule that might protect synthesis and secretion of thyroid hormone by upregulating the expression levels of thyroid hormone synthesis-related proteins and promotingting Thyroid peroxidase (TPO) activity through S-sulphydration of sirtuin-1 (SIRT-1).
