Abstract :
Post and core treatment plays a crucial role in restoring severely compromised tooth structure following endodontic therapy to enhance structural durability. Managing flared and wide root canals presents a challenge for clinicians. This clinical case report introduces an innovative indirect technique for fabricating an anatomic post using glass-fiber posts and composite resin on a central incisor. The customized anatomic post not only addresses the limitations associated with direct techniques but also contributes to regaining lost structure within the canal, providing enhanced strength and stability to the tooth. The step-by-step methodology and clinical outcomes presented in this report shed light on a promising approach for managing challenging cases in restorative dentistry.
