Abstract :

The incidence of Congenital TTP (Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura) i.e. Upshaw Schulman syndrome is less than 1/1,000,000 person/year.It may leadto thromboembolic phenomena which may cause end organ damage and is life threatening condition. Prothrombotic conditions remain one of the major causes for paediatric recurrent stroke.
