Abstract :
Oxadiazole derivatives have played a vital part in the development of heterocyclic compounds. In this present work, a series of 5-(2-aminophenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2(3H)-thione derivatives (1a-f) have been synthesized by mannich reaction. The reaction progress of the synthesized compounds was checked by TLC. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR and 1H NMR spectral data.
