Sacrococcygeal teratomas are a type of germ cell tumours (GCTs), accounting for 40% of all GCTs in children. Interestingly 75% occur in females. She was born with a mass at the lower back at birth and was diagnosed as a case of Sacrocoggeal teratoma.
