Abstract :
Despite the economic growth was realized if th?s growth never reflected on employment rates
or reflected as a relative status of job creat, it's expressed as a jobless growth. The aim of the study
is to the test relationship between employment and growth rates of Turkey for the years of 1980-
2014. For this purpose, data's of the years 1980-2014 will be applied on Granger casuality analysis
and finally the direction and intensity of the relationship between growth rate and employment rate
will be determined.
