Abstract :
Though he ada che s have e st ablished

manifestations, the reported prevalence and
management strategies of headache vary across
regions in world owing to demographic, social,
economic and cultural diversities. These variables may
influence positively as well as negatively the
experience, progression and the management of
headache. Hence, it is important to comprehend the
impact of these diversities to provide greater resources
for headache treatment and to reduce the associated
headache care burden. The present study is undertaken
to study these variables as the possible barriers to
headache care associated with TTH and migraine in a
selected region of India.
