A Correlational research design was used to proceed this study. After data collection, data was analyzed through SPSS. Pearson correlation explored that rejection sensitivity had a significant positive correlated with social interaction anxiety (r=.38) and with negatively with self-efficacy (r= -.28)  and social interaction anxiety had a significant negative correlated with self-efficacy (r= -.32), consequent t-test is used for the comparison of rejection sensitivity, social interaction anxiety and self-efficacy between male and female, which showed that, females are more significantly high rejected sensitive and social interaction anxiety is high  as compare to males, while self-efficacy is  higher in males as compared to females.
