Abstract :

The case of Mohori Bibee & Anr vs. Dharmodas Ghose has proved to be a landmark judgment as it was one of such cases that dealt with capacity of minor to enter into a contract and its different aspects. It is a case which reflects upon the rights of a minor in a contract. This case reflects that contract with a minor is void ab initio i.e. void since the beginning.
