Abstract :
In the present work, Riboflavin Carrier protein was purified from Guinea Pig Serum to investigate the
cytotoxic activities of antibodies raised against it. The treated cells with different dose of antisera from Guinea pig
serum Riboflavin carrier protein antisera showed 14.391 % cytotoxic activity on HeLa cancer cells and standard drug
used was Doxorubicin. HeLa cancer cell lines showed IC50 values of 33.31 ± 0.7 for Guinea pig serum Riboflavin
carrier protein (RCP) antisera.
