Abstract :

Abstract In this study, a model for improvement activities of human resource management (HRM), which is include: training, payment system, selection, valuation functions of organizations is proposed. It leads to the development of innovation in the organization by improving the knowledge in staff and transfer understanding between faculty and use of experience in organizations. Today in all the word emphasis on the innovation that increased amongst all companies. Effects of information globalization and also factors (such as increasing comparison, in particular, industrial boundaries, etc.) change the business environment. In this situation, the companies for surviving need to innovation. Key factors of success in the active organization in new technologies have the innovation in offering productions and services by using specialized knowledge. In this organization, the most critical factor is having creation and expert human resource with high motivation. The most vital problems are lacking the use of the human resource in innovation in Organization that contains: requiring the suitable payment system, evaluating the function of staff, don’t attend to dynamic activity in Organization and don’t offer sufficient training to staff
