Abstract :
Our work aimed to organic synthesis and biological investigation of newly ciprofloxacin derivative as ester,
thioester and hydrazine form by using microwave irradiation. The synthesis compounds were identified and
confirmed by IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and elemental analysis. All these derivatives were tested against different
bacteria. The result found that all compounds have better biological activity comparable with Ciprofloxacin itself.
