Abstract :
Nowadays, it’s needed to examined the accounting historical development for to understand
the accounting current improvement. In this period, if the difficulties that professions face are
examined together with present conditions that effect job, it can light the way for future of accounting.
Globalization, new economical approach, political preferances and enviromental conjuncture, mainly determine and plot the course of accounting and accountants.
Legal regulation of accounting profession in Turkey, issued as numbered 3568 profession
law in 1989. Up to this date, to give legal status to the profession, and various foundations and
associations operating in the law profession has developed infrastructure. Adoption of the law
profession concerned with the accounting profession in Turkey has started to gain a deserved
reputation.
In this work, with operations in the province of Rize, the accounting profession, career outlook, a survey was conducted to examine. According to the findings from the survey, Rize professionals in tackling economic problems, while the prestige of the profession are found satisfactory.
Moreover, professionals are insufficient professional development of law and politics and nesting
of the profession have said that they are uncomfortable with. Despite all the current negativity,
career professionals have expressed their hope in the future.
