Review:
In parallel with the legislation in justifying the detention of financial convicts, the legislation has been implemented in the form of non-justification of acquittal in the form of imprisonment, but in the field of criminal law, the legislation does not justify detention in exchange for fines. For the first time, the format of short articles of the Criminal Procedure Code approved (2013) has been realized, and the seedlings of criminal punishment are young and fragile, which will not be realized without the efforts of concerned steps and pens to turn it into a institution of criminal punishment.
