Abstract :
Abstract This scholarly paper delves into the intricate interplay between race, gender, and class, collectively known as intersectionality, and its implications for understanding and addressing inequality in contemporary society. Drawing on interdisciplinary perspectives from sociology, gender studies, and critical race theory, the paper examines how intersecting social categories intersect to shape individuals' experiences and opportunities. Through a critical analysis of existing literature and empirical evidence, this paper illuminates the complexities of intersectionality and its significance for social justice movements and policy interventions.
