Abstract :
The article is devoted to the topical issue, which is related to mathematical modeling of the failures of drives suspensions of the conveyor with suspended belt and distributed drive. Using the developed mathematical model of the failures drives suspensions due to jamming idle rollers to the reference design of conveyor with suspended belt and distributed drive the complex of calculations of dynamic characteristics is executed. Investigation of the influence of the number and relative position of the failed drives suspensions on the track on the main technical characteristics of the conveyor belt with suspended belt was carried out.
