Abstract :
The article includes the analysis, the evaluation and spatiotemporal trends of the developments in the structure and efficiency of use of land by agricultural organizations of municipalities of the Bryansk region based on the analysis of a set of natural and value data. Also limiting factors is found out, the main ways of increasing the efficiency of land-use is defined in land-use the agriculture of the region.
