Abstract :
As the demand for aesthetic treatments is increasing, more people are seeking alternatives to fixed orthodontic appliances. Clear aligners are aesthetically pleasing and comfortable option for orthodontic treatment and have gained immense popularity over the last decade. Moreover, with increasing demand there has been a constant attempt for cost reductions by number of aligner companies and laboratories. It will be beneficial not only to orthodontist but also to patients if aligners can be fabricated in-house itself. Thus, this review will highlight the fabrication of In-house aligners in detail.
