Abstract :
Respiratory infections in children are associated with significant economic burden,as well as significant morbidity and mortality. Immunomodulation with pidotimod, a synthetic dipeptide, has been shown to reduce incidence of recurrent respiratory infections (RRIs) in children. This study was conductedto assess efficacy and safety of pidotimod in Indian children with RRIs.
