Abstract :
The paper aims to bring out the resources one can required to keep abreast of the latest trends and information within the field of library science. To maintain excellent service delivery, library and information professionals should continue to develop their knowledge and skills in this ever changing and complex information environment. Professional development is universally recognized as an imperative for on-going effectiveness.
