Abstract :
Indian Citation Index database is a powerful tool to search, track and measure and collaborate in the sciences, social sciences, arts and humanities. This article is discussed the published research articles, citations and self-citations in the Food and Beverage Science journals which are available in Indian Citation Index. There are 4542 articles published from 6 Food and Beverage Science journals. Among the 6. Journal of Food Science & Technology journal occupies first position with 1841 (40.53%) articles and Beverage & Food World occupies second rank with 1255(27.63%) articles Sugar Tech is in third 629(13.85%).
