Abstract :
Abstract Chemsex, the practice of engaging in sexual activity under the influence of drugs, has gained significant attention in recent years due to its association with high-risk sexual behaviors and its potential impact on the spread of HIV/AIDS. This paper explores the phenomenon of chemsex in detail, examining its prevalence, the drugs commonly involved, its socio-cultural context, and its implications for HIV/AIDS prevention and care. By analyzing existing research and drawing on case studies and expert opinions, this paper aims to shed light on the complex interplay between chemsex and HIV/AIDS and provide recommendations for public health interventions and healthcare services to address this emerging issue.
