Abstract :

Dialysis is in empirical therapy of end-stage renal disease. Traditionally dialysis adequacy has been quantified referring to the Kinetics of urea but recent index of dialysis dose is the fractional clearance of urea expressed as Kt/v. Eighty end stage renal disease cases were enrolled in the study out of which 40 cases underwent two haemodialysis per week (Group A) and rest 40 cases three haemodialysis/week.
