Abstract :
At the present day in the field of international relations and international law, one of the
primarily important issues is minority rights within the context of human rights arrangements.
UN established as a supra-national organization for the prevention of human rights violations
experienced during World War II and after then. Issues and conflicts at the regional level, also
increased with disengagementing so-called Cold War term. Within the context of human rights
and minority rights arrangements are began to made in terms of continuity of international peace
and security. In this study, it is attempted to examine minority rights arrangements within the
context of UN.
