Abstract :
Development is expressed as a long termed process requiring the versatile effort, and in the
center of which the human being takes place. Considering the existing structures of world countries,
countries are defined by the international institutes as the developed, developing, and less developed.
In the direction of distinctions emerging as a result of definitions, the main aim is development for
the less developed and developing countries, while for the developed countries, development is made
sustainable. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the inequality developedness degrees of countries
that are existent from the economic, social, and cultural point of view.
