Abstract :
The present communication deals with the study of livestock grazing, chopping and lopping in some forests of Tarai and Bhawar area of Kumaun. Maximum and minimum lopping was reported in site IV and site III respectively, maximum chopping was reported in site IV and no chopping was reported in site III
however maximum and minimum livestock grazing was reported in site IV and site III respectively.
