Three formulations (Batch 1, 2, and 3) were made with different extract ratios and tested for pH, spreadability, homogeneity, colour, odour, and consistency. Results: Batch 3 showed the best spreadability and excellent homogeneity compared to other batches. Conclusion: The optimized Batch 3 gel, containing a combination of all three herbal extracts, was most effective and suitable as a natural anti-acne formulation.
