Abstract :
The present study aimed to examine the level of depression anxiety and stress with coping strategies among employees of Rescue1122. The sample consisted of N=450 Rescue 1122 employees (males). The participants were selected through stratified random sampling. Two instruments were used for data collection. first scale is Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DAAS) by Lovibond P, Lovibond S, H(1995) & second is the Brief Cope inventory by C, s Carver (1997). Obtained data were analyzed using SPSS version 16, frequency table, Correlation, independent t-test, compare mean and one-way ANOVAs test. Among demographic characteristics, there was statistical relationship between age and depression, anxiety, and stress. Place and years of service and age were most influential in employee’s depression, anxiety and stress, since emergency services of Rescue1122 employees played an essential role in development and improvement of public health, removing predisposing, creating, and maintaining factors of extreme emotional reactions is considered a health priority for them.
