Abstract :
Aim and Objective: To develop and evaluate bael-based herbal tea granulesenriched with naturalingredients for diabetesmanagement.Introduction: Bael fruit,rich in antioxidants and bioactive compounds, may help controldiabetes. Blending bael with herbs like turmeric, cinnamon, fenugreek, ginger, and orange peel enhances its therapeutic value.Materials and Methods: Bael powderwas prepared by sun drying and extraction, then mixed with selected herbs. Phytochemical analysisidentified flavonoids, tannins, saponins, alkaloids, and terpenoids. The granules were tested for solubility, pH, density, ash value, and sensory properties.Results: The herbaltea granules showedgood quality, stability, and the presenceof key phytochemicals with therapeutic potential.Conclusion: Bael-based herbal tea shows promiseas a natural supplement for diabetes management and health promotion.
