Abstract :
This is a case report of 21 year old male who turned up to the department of orthodontics with chief complaint of protruded maxilla. He had class II skeletal malocclusion with excessivevertical growth of maxilla and reverse smile arc . Excessive visibility of gum tissues leading to gummy smile. A combined orthodontic and surgical treatment resulted in harmonious occlusion ,esthetics and function.
