Abstract :
Aim of the present study is to analyze the balance of the Th system in tear fluid in patients with POAG. Study
involves evaluation of the content of proinflammatory cytokines in tear fluid in patients with POAG, depending on
its stages; evaluation of the content of anti-inflammatory cytokines in tear fluid in patients with POAG, depending
on its stages and creation of Th local balance schemes depending on the stages of the disease.
