Abstract The ubiquitous presence of technology in today's organizations necessitates a deeper understanding of its impact on organizational behavior. This paper explores the complex interplay between technology and organizational behavior, analyzing its effects on communication, collaboration, decision-making, leadership, and employee motivation.
