Abstract :
Abstract This study investigates the influence of corporate culture on employee satisfaction and performance within organizations. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, data was collected from a diverse sample of employees across various industries. Results indicate a significant correlation between positive corporate culture and heightened levels of employee satisfaction and performance. Factors such as leadership style, organizational values, and communication channels emerged as crucial components shaping corporate culture. The findings underscore the importance of cultivating a supportive and inclusive culture to foster employee engagement and productivity.
