Abstract As the digital revolution reshapes educational paradigms, AI-assisted educational technologies stand at the forefront of innovation. These technologies offer transformative opportunities, including personalized learning pathways, adaptive assessments, and data-driven insights for educators. Yet, this integration is not without ethical implications. This paper offers a comprehensive exploration of the ethical dimensions inherent in AI-assisted educational technologies. Through rigorous research methodologies, including a systematic literature review and qualitative stakeholder interviews, the study identifies and analyzes key ethical challenges. The findings underscore the imperative for responsible AI integration, emphasizing the need for clear ethical guidelines, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous vigilance to ensure that AI advancements in education align with ethical imperatives.
