Abstract :

Abstract The Middle East region is marked by conflicts that encompass violent extremism, proxy warfare, and the risk of nuclear proliferation. The Iranian nuclear issue has become highly critical in the context of nuclear proliferation, as seen by the current escalation between the United States and Iran. The relationship between the United States and Iran has been consistently turbulent since the Iranian revolution. Relations between the two countries significantly improved under President Obama's tenure following the signing of the ground breaking nuclear agreement known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).  However, significant changes have occurred under President Trump's tenure, particularly due to the unilateral departure of the United States from the nuclear accord. This research aims to investigate the correlation between Nuclear Proliferation and regional instability within the framework of the Iranian Nuclear Program.
